Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are being sued for stealing their current hit, ‘The Rest of Our Life,’ which was co-written by Ed Sheeran.

Songwriters Sean Carey and Beau Golden filed a lawsuit in New York earlier this week alleging that Tim and Faith’s song is a blatant copy of their 2014 song, ‘When I Found You,’ which was recorded by Jasmine Rae.

Now, usually in cases like this, there are some very distant similarities, but I have to admit, this is pretty much a carbon copy. Check it out for yourself above.

They are asking for an injunction, $5 Million in damages, royalties and legal fees.
